We are carefully choosing people with the potential to become founders and the ideas entering A42 Ecosystem, so you will have to go through the application and interview process for this role.

3327 – ACADEMIC RESEARCHERS IN A DEDICATED R&D CENTER
In 2020, we kicked off a dedicated R&D team named 3327. It is an open, distributed, and autonomous collective. Some may call it a DAO, but we tend to say we are already past that point and strive to become a professional academic institute. The purpose of 3327 at A42 is to stay ahead of everyone else with hands-on research of Web3 tech.
3327 IS A SMALL AND AGILE TEAM OF EXPERIENCED RESEARCHERS
Working on ideas and tech that most of the time cannot be commercialized yet. Meaning, they don’t care much about making profit, as much as they care about mapping Web3 tech and discovering the future opportunities for the new technologies to become mainstream and useful in everyday life.
Build, measure, learn – at 3327 everything is just a grant experiment that loops. We plan our learnings in detail and keep looping the whole A42 ecosystem with findings, together with its ventures and founders. Building a falsifiable hypothesis helps us keep moving forward in the desired direction and mix the right ingredients to blow the web3 problems away. Team also developed Web3 tech radar among other things and presented it at Devcon in Bogota, 2022.
Besides working within A42 and for A42 ecosystem needs, 3327 also collaborates with teams such as Ethereum Foundation, Polygon, Chainlink, Web3 Foundation, Consensys and Metamask, Yearn, Parity, and more. That helps us stay truly on the frontier of the next tech breakthroughs.
